Rewards designed for regular customers
VitaStore Rewards is the store loyalty programme. When enabled, eligible activity can earn points that appear inside the customer account.
How it works
- Sign in to the same customer account when placing eligible orders.
- Points are added only after the qualifying event defined by active rewards rules.
- Cancelled, refunded, returned or fraudulent transactions may have points reversed.
- Points, tiers, expiry and redemption values are controlled from the admin panel and may change.
Important
Rewards have no cash value unless an active promotion explicitly states otherwise. Checkout shows whether redemption is available.
