Packaging differences
Global brands may update labels, seals, colours, bottle shapes, ingredients or regional packaging. A packaging difference alone does not establish that an item is inauthentic.
What customers should check
- Compare the received name, size, barcode and label with the order.
- Check the seal and parcel condition before use.
- Review expiry or best-before information where applicable.
- Contact support before use when something appears incorrect.
