The store focuses on imported health and beauty products. Each product page should identify the brand, origin and fulfilment method when that information is available.
What is the difference between local stock and import on demand?
Local stock is already available in Pakistan for faster dispatch. Import-on-demand products are sourced after an order, normally take longer and may require advance payment.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available only where enabled for the product, address and order. Imported items may require advance payment.
How do I know a product is suitable for me?
Review the label, ingredients, directions, warnings and allergen information. Product information is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Can prices change?
Imported-product pricing can change because of supplier prices, exchange rates, freight, duties and local availability.
How do I track an order?
Use the Track Order page or open the order inside your account. Shipment tracking appears after the courier reference is added.
Can I return health and beauty products?
Return eligibility depends on product type, seal, hygiene considerations, condition and reason. Read the Return & Refund Policy before opening an item you may need to return.
How do I request a product not listed?
Use the Request a Product form with the name, brand, size and a reference link or image where available.
