LA PERLA supports delivery to serviceable locations across Pakistan through enabled courier services. Available methods, charges and estimates are shown during checkout.
Local-stock products
Products marked as locally available are prepared for dispatch after order confirmation and payment checks where applicable. Timing can vary by city, courier capacity, public holidays, weather, security conditions and address accuracy.
Import-on-demand products
Items marked as import on demand are sourced specifically for the order. The estimated arrival range and any required advance are displayed before order placement. International transit, customs processing and supplier availability can affect the final timeline.
Split shipments
When an order contains both local-stock and imported items, products may be delivered separately. Each shipment can have its own tracking and status.
Receiving your parcel
- Provide a complete address and reachable phone number.
- Inspect the parcel exterior before accepting it.
- Record an unboxing video when the package appears damaged or tampered with.
- Report missing, incorrect or visibly damaged items within the return-policy period.
