Shipping methods and charges
Shipping charges are calculated using the active delivery rules configured by LA PERLA. Any free-shipping threshold is displayed in the cart or checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the courier name and tracking reference appear in the customer account and order status. Tracking scans can take time to update after dispatch.
Address changes
An address may be changed only before fulfilment has progressed too far. Contact support or update the order through your account when the option is available.
Failed delivery and refusal
Repeated failed delivery, refusal or unreachable contact details can affect future Cash on Delivery availability. Re-delivery charges may apply where permitted.
