Delivery coverage
LA PERLA delivers to courier-serviceable locations across Pakistan. Delivery availability can depend on the destination, product type, parcel size, courier network and current operational conditions.
Order processing
- In-stock orders are prepared after the order is confirmed and any required payment verification is complete.
- Our normal local dispatch target is within 24 hours on working days, but this is a target rather than a guaranteed dispatch time.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during unusually high order volume may be processed on the next working day.
- Special-order products follow the sourcing timeline shown or communicated for that product.
Delivery time
Courier transit time begins after dispatch. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees because remote areas, weather, public holidays, routing issues, security conditions and courier delays can affect transit.
Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout according to the active delivery rules. Orders containing more than one fulfilment group may be shipped separately.
Address and phone accuracy
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information can cause delay, return-to-sender charges or cancellation.
Receiving a parcel
Inspect the outer parcel before opening it. If the package is visibly damaged or tampered with, take photographs before opening and contact support promptly. Keep the packaging until you are satisfied that the order is correct.
